Exchange Policy – Writeable Quran
At Writeable Quran, your satisfaction is important to us. We ensure every product is carefully packed and shipped, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back. Free Exchange (Only if Product is Damaged or Items are Missing) We offer a free exchange in the following cases:

• The product was damaged when you received it
• Some items were missing in your package

To qualify, please inform us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. What You Need to Submit To process your exchange smoothly, kindly provide the following:

1. Unboxing Video (clearly showing the sealed package being opened)
2. Photos of the damaged or missing item(s)
3. Your Order Number and Contact Details

This helps our team verify the issue and approve your exchange faster. Important Notes

• The unboxing video is mandatory. Without it, we won’t be able to offer an exchange.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving your order.
• Refunds are not offered. However, we’ll send a proper replacement if your claim meets the conditions above.
